those were good i didn't know the got rid of them , at least i haven't looked to buy those i guess,
Well this is my cutting diet for 2-3 days max than back to normal eating, but with it I hit about 120g protein, one broth to sip(40g) one egg white container (50g) split into 4 times and cooking it with four whole eggs (24g) for taste.so whats your protein intake like? Like how many grams a day you average?
