Repped out 275 smith machine squats, 3 deep sets of 12 heels on a plate close stance.

Leg extensions maxed out the machine
3 sets of 12-14

Calf extensions

260 to failure 15-20 reps 3 sets

RDL DBs

70lbsx12x3

HamCurls

80lbs to failure x4

Not sure If it’s good or bad, carry way more fat in the legs and I’m long as hell so I can shred out my abs and have minimal leg definition. Probably time to start hitting them twice a week.

idk , ime after a "leg day" there's absolutely no way i would have enough gas to add shoulders at the end, You could probably up the intensity/weight and really fatigue those legs and stimulate more growth, Looking good though,

Agreed, if you’re training shoulders after legs you’ve trained legs like a softy.
