What's for breakfast...

This morning I had 2 of the small chobani yoghurts with raspberrys

I'm in the same boat, cooking is not going to happen in the morning just after simple ideas and a bit of variety

I'm with you D-Ballin, I'm up every morning at 4:30am and not hungry at all. My first meal is a protein shake with a banana, just to get me going. I eat breakfast at work, around 8:30am where I get some real food in me.

In a Ninja blender..... Mix 1 cup egg whites, 2 cups water, 1 cup quick oats, 2 scoops protein powder, 1 banana.

Been doing that every morning for 2 years...

Hell I've probably eat thousands of whole raw eggs over the years... What I never knew was the the protein in the yolks, the body will absorb all of it. But the whites only about 1/3. There is an enzyme in the raw whites that stops the body from absorbing all of the protein. It isn't until the white is heated up to a certain temperature.... That is when the enzyme is neutralized.

Thanks for the heads up bro. I'm heading there tonight!
It's an easy way to up your protein intake. I think I drink 2 cartons a day, which is 100g of extra quality protein. But it does get expensive...

Just add 1cup to your shaker bottle with some water, and protein powder. Taste great

Awesome. I'm choking down a dozen cooked egg whites per day spread over 2 meals. Easy to drink mixed with protein and some blueberries. Thanks again.

You can also grind up some quick oats in a food processor into nearly a flour. Put that in your shaker bottle along with egg whites and protein powder. You have a perfect meal then!

When in a hurry i take 1 scoop of "oats and whey" and one scoop of regular whey. And a banana.

Then about an hour later i have a chobani.

The oats and whey thing is cool because it has about the same oat content of a half cup of cooked oats. So a good morning carb.
