What time would be the best for me?

Ive heard a lot of people say its best to pin your hgh at night or day but what matter is that you don’t eat 2 hours before or 2 hours after. My question is what time would be the best time to pin because of my busy schedule. On a regular day I get up at 7 AM and eat breakfast around 7:30. Then i go to school from 8-1pm. After that I go to work at 1:30-7pm. After i get out of work i got to the gym 7pm to 9 pm and eat my last meal around 9:30pm and go to bed at 10:30 to get 8 hours of sleep. So what would be the best time for me to take it because no matter what time im always eating an hour before or after. Any help would be appreciated thank you

Morning just before your breakfast then. This maximizes IGF-1 production for a “pro anabolic environment” since insulin will rise post meal, which is the key hormone the liver needs to speed up the GH -> IGF-1 process.

For maximum fat loss you’d want to delay that insulin increase so conversion to IGF is delayed, you keep GH levels as high as possible, and they can directly act on fat cells releasing FFAs. In other words, maximizing lipolysis.

Thanks and should i eat a high carb meal or low carb meal with high protein?
 
Why is that? Are you talking about the increase of bone mass or something else?

The effects are very slow, so many people don’t notice them, sometimes for years. It’s cartilage, soft tissue, and organs first, bone is much later.

Z score 2 is the highest IGF that’s stil physiological. Z 3 is supraphysiological but unlikely to cause problems. Above that is the danger zone, and the high it is above 3, the faster the ugliness comes on.

Lmao okay thanks for the input. Im sure that wont happen unless im blasting over 10ius per days for years. Which i wont even be remotely close to doing that. 6ius max And for 4-6 month cycle

You have no idea what your IGF is without testing. Some hyper responders get sky high IGF on 2ius, or very low IGF on 8ius.

IGF is what guides the dose,

If you’re in the US you can get the test for less than $50 from some place like jasonhealth, and get the blood draw at a local lab.

Don’t be stupid and go into this blind. Just get a test at least two weeks after using a particular dose.

Sure i will get testing done. Thats why im starting at 2ius to see how my body responds.

Oh and one last question. When i go and do my test. Should i use the current dose or a higher dose? Also how long before should i pin before doing my test? Anything else i should know to do before?

You want to know what your IGF is on the same stable dose you’ve been using for at least 2 weeks.

There’s no need for special timing (the only applies to GH tests, which you don’t need), in fact, don’t change anything before testing. For follow up tests, you’ll want to take them at roughly the same time as the first test, so you’re comparing apples to apples.

Good for you man, getting IGF tested makes you smarter than 75% of rHGH users, and probably 99% of those your age.
 
For sure, prioritizing health is the most imporant thing im going to do while doing PEDs. Thanks a lot for your help and info really appreciate it.

Who knows, the results may not even end up being about “boring” safety, you may find you need a higher dose than expected to get IGF in the optimal range, so it could just as likely be a tool to make your investment in this more effective, not just safer.
