What time would be the best for me?

That means if I inject first time in the morning fasted, wait 1-2 hours to do liss cardio, and then wait until around noon to have my first meal, I would be getting the best from both worlds ? Fat loss and a good environment for muscle growth after my first meal?

Yes. That’s a good balance for your schedule. From what I understand it’s still beneficial to maintain a fasted state post cardio because elevated FFA use continues for an hour after working out, but that’s a theoretical ideal.

We’re taking about tweaking around the edges to optimize use the two main purposes we use rHGH for, it’s not like flipping a switch. No matter what timing is, when you eat, you’re still going to see benefits in both fat loss and anabolism.
 
My personal experience with HGH is that even two to three IUs can get you out of the reference range.

It can also make it much more difficult to get your post prandial blood sugar down. I am starting to wonder how many people are gonna give themselves diabetes on this stuff lol
