Some question about gh and blood work

I wanted to ask a few questions about GH. Currently, I take 2 IU before going to bed, about 90–120 minutes after my last meal. My sleep is starting to get quite disturbed, and from reading the forum it seems this is a common issue for several of us.

The alternative would be to take it in the morning. But generally, I wake up at 8 AM and leave for work at 9 AM. In that hour, I try to fit in all my morning tasks, including breakfast. This means that there would be at most 30 minutes between the GH injection and my breakfast. I’ve always heard it’s optimal to take GH at least two hours after a meal and then wait another two hours before eating again. Is that really true, or can I just take my GH in the morning along with breakfast?

Second question: next week I have general blood tests scheduled to check my overall health and hormones. I’ll also be checking blood glucose. Do you recommend stopping GH beforehand, or should I continue taking it to see how much it rises while on GH?

i like to keep staying on track with whatever protocol im doing, that way you get the real picture of how your body is functioning on said protocol, now theres certain timing of tests according to results desired, for instance the gh serum test to get a righteous reading is to do 10 iu intra muscular @2.5-3 hrs prior to blood draw, and of course trt testing protocol to find out your "trough" tt etc, , i would get a fasted insulin test as well

its recommended that you do your hgh "away from meals" not before , or after a meal , but theres alot of different options because everyone acts differently, but you could find alot of info if you used the search function, Good luck on your journey

And to add , its Always best to be fasted for most bloodwork, well hydrated and try to pull your labs in the morning, don't overhydrate or change your program, otherwise your getting a "skewed" effect, being consistent is key to every protocol you do, Same goes for Life in general.
