What's for breakfast...

Green smoothie ;
25 g hemp protein
1 cup kale
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup green apple
1/3 cup frozen pineapple

Whole wheat bagel
3 tbls peanut butter

Hell yeah man hemp protein is good stuff, I go 1/2 hemp 1/2 grass fed whey and add a handful of hemp seeds to my shakes
 
Two eggs, two pieces of toast, two Bob Evans breakfast sausages and orange juice. Sometimes I'll have skyline chili or a mickey d's dinner box with the two big macs. But then again I don't get up until noon so I usually just go straight to lunch.
 
I had 2 scrambled eggs on bread just now. And i eat some fruits and if i feel for it i throw in a p shake !!
