Green smoothie ;
25 g hemp protein
1 cup kale
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup green apple
1/3 cup frozen pineapple
Whole wheat bagel
3 tbls peanut butter
Hell yeah man hemp protein is good stuff, I go 1/2 hemp 1/2 grass fed whey and add a handful of hemp seeds to my shakes
