I eat 3 eggs scrambled with sausage, onions and green pepper topped with hot sauce and a serving of cream of wheat every morning. Breakfast of champions SON.

1. it actually tasted alot better then I expected (went with 2 scoops of strawberry whey)

Second I am allergic to egg (white)
I start work at 6am so looking for something quite simple and ideally would be around 400 calories
If you would like to share what you have for breakfast/serving size/calories that would be great
The rest of my meals are basically grilled chicken/potatoes or grilled chicken and broccoli

Bro i hate oats too.. I put water and let them sit 5 min in the fridgge and drain the water after. I mix a scoop of vanila casein whey from optimum and put frozen rasberys on top.
