What's for breakfast...

I eat 3 eggs scrambled with sausage, onions and green pepper topped with hot sauce and a serving of cream of wheat every morning. Breakfast of champions SON.
 
300g of Greek yogurt mixed with two scoops of protein powder and two tablespoons of psyllium husks. Drink plenty of water and it you'll stay full until your next meal. Also aids in doing nice big clean shits ;)
 
2 things

1. it actually tasted alot better then I expected (went with 2 scoops of strawberry whey)

2. exactly 45mins later (right now) I'm having a dump
 
For breakfast a bowl of oats with banana almonds and some cinnamon ,6 whole eggs and cottage cheese gets my day started.
 
Before we get started I understand there is a what are you eating thread, but I need some more breakfast ideas

Firstly I cannot fucking stand oats

Second I am allergic to egg (white)

I start work at 6am so looking for something quite simple and ideally would be around 400 calories

If you would like to share what you have for breakfast/serving size/calories that would be great

The rest of my meals are basically grilled chicken/potatoes or grilled chicken and broccoli

Toast, peanut butter, and a banana. pretty much my goto, I don't wantto eat first thing upon waking, but always feel better when I do. if I skip bfast, I realy pay for it later, and by 9am im eating my lunch, lol.
 
smoked salmon
cheese with butter on it (go ahead and laugh, but it tastes terrific)
coffee with full-fat cream or coconut oil and/or butter
beef jerky
mixed berries with (real) whipped cream
sour cream/full-fat yogurt mix with any/all raw nuts and/or mixed berries
Kefir/yogurt protein shake
 
Protein oatmeal at 330 am (before gym) 520 cal- whey shake w whole milk, 1/4 pb, half cup dry oats. Post wo. Almost 1k cal Then it's off the dog ditches all day.

Hope you figures something out bud. Breakfast is my favorite meal Of the day. Mix it up.

Had one like that. Still kind of have her but I've pissed her off enough that she doesn't give me the royal treatment anymore. Should've appreciated it more in hindsight. Learn from my mistakes sir lol.

Bro i hate oats too.. I put water and let them sit 5 min in the fridgge and drain the water after. I mix a scoop of vanila casein whey from optimum and put frozen rasberys on top. Doesnt taste like oats bro def worth a try
 
I'd say a couple options for you are Greek yogurt with fruit, almond butter/peanut butter on a bagel, bananas and apples with almond butter, protein shake, sausage/sauteed veggies/cheese on an english muffin, or protein pancakes/waffles (you could make the batter the night before and just get griddle/pan hot and throw it on, I normally add chopped up cooked sausage or bacon to the mix and it's pretty damn good.
