How are you cooking it? Is it seasoned?

Thats lean ground beef that is home fried like a beef steak w/ a tbs of canola oil in a hot skillet . Not the healthiest food in the world but its cheap meat protein that tastes good .

So my hunt went pretty dang well. Just dropped off 102 lbs of Nilgai meat to get processed. Having polish & pan sausage, tamales and hamburger meat made. Hamburger meat being made 50/50 & 25/75 with brisket and sausage is blended and made with bacon . I estimate it will be roughly 150 lbs I pick up. Its definitely gonna cost me

My cousin killed 2 elks last week in Colorado as well. I’m getting a good bit of that. At the time I told him I’d take a bunch I didn’t realize I’d have all this Nilgai. Not sure what I’m going to do with all this meat
