Dumbbells are indeed stupid spendy , I bought this set off a guy for $150 , repainted them and sold them for $300 and people were calling for days long after I sold them....View attachment 137719

I know I sold those solid DB"s way too cheap even though I doubled my money . Ive still got my old school Weider/York adjustables that I will never sell . The smaller 20lb set is for standing lateral flyes and the 45lb+ set is for rear bent laterals and curls .

I use Lawrys seasoning/dryed minced onion/black pepper . I also use a tbs plus of canola oil to fry it . Gives the patty a dark crunchy exterior . You can do it with steaks too...

The thought of more chicken & rice was frighting ; I went with a HB patty & steel-cut oats instead. Losing 3-4 lbs a week . Time to add a few more calories

I always eat 5-6 eggs with 120 g of oats for breakfast

Meals are typically around 150g of protein source with 200 g carbs source ( white rice mostly but also couscous or sweet potatoes). I also have some greens like broccoli or mixed frozen vegetables with this.

I try to eat this 3-4 times a day and sometimes have 2 tuna sandwiches in between meals to up calories as i am trying to put on weight but i have a really hard time doing so!
