My woman has her food prep game on point....i am a lucky man. I don'tnt have to worry avout any meals....now if only I could follow the meal plan she laid out fir me and stop the snacking on pretzels!!!

Tonight's dinner poached salmon with couscous and asparagus

So my hunt went pretty dang well. Just dropped off 102 lbs of Nilgai meat to get processed. Having polish & pan sausage, tamales and hamburger meat made. Hamburger meat being made 50/50 & 25/75 with brisket and sausage is blended and made with bacon 
. I estimate it will be roughly 150 lbs I pick up. Its definitely gonna cost me

My cousin killed 2 elks last week in Colorado as well. I’m getting a good bit of that. At the time I told him I’d take a bunch I didn’t realize I’d have all this Nilgai. Not sure what I’m going to do with all this meat
