If you take pro biotics you NEED to take PRE biotics with it.
Also don’t take the pro biotics that have 2,3,4 billion count.
You want the 100 billion count with multiple strains. Take that with your pre biotics.
Pre biotics are what feed the probiotics. It’s silly to take pro biotics without pre biotics.
Last but not least and cannot stress this enough... don’t take the low billion count pro biotics and one strain pro biotics. You want high count and multi strain.

I believe sasquatch already uses baking soda as a filler in all his orals. I remember reading somewhere that this can have an effect on absorbtion rate. I could be wrong.
