Hey now.... that was my second recommendation lol the aloe Vera.
Does work wonders for reflux.

Very good suggestion my man[emoji106][emoji106]

Thanks man. I can’t help with much here so when I see something I can help with I have to hop on it quick lol. I actually never associated the reflux with the var. I thought it was the filler.

I don’t get acid reflux, but it’s considered very effective. Can you elaborate bit more on your issue? How soon after consuming the tablet do you experience acid reflux?
Do you consume high amounts of carbonated beverages and/or foods with high vitamin c content?

What does vitamin c have to do with it?

The reason I say "seized" is because my buddy just placed a double order for us from PPL (domestic) and it somehow got intercepted last week (being re-shipped). From what I hear it isn't an isolated issue. Perhaps "confiscated" is a better term.
Do you think maybe you should bring this up in the ppl thread.

Vitamin c is usually consumed in the ascorbic acid form. Although it’s only mildly acidic, it can add up. Of course I’m not suggesting you eat less or none, but if you consume high amounts, try switching to “sodium ascorbate” form of vitamins c. Again, this is only necessary if you’re consuming high amounts of it.
I would definitely avoid carbonated beverages. Consume plenty of water with your var. if your reflux occurs immediately after consuming var, maybe try taking sodium bicarbonate one hour before taking your var.
I’m just suggesting you a simple protocol for acute drug induced acid reflux. My mom used
To have terrible reflux after taking migrane meds. It’s not written in stone.
I’m not 100% on this, but I think consuming sodium bicarbonate, or other alkalines, with your anabolic steroid may catalyze it’s reduction..., it’s been a while since I studied gringard teactions. Maybe someone else can chime in...

Has sasquatch been through for everyone since the fiascos a few weeks ago? I was planning on making a big order but kept getting mislead on availability times for certain compounds. Please don't tell me to read through the thread because I did and it seems packs are landing but has anyone had an issues?

Fiasco? Just joined the thread.

All outstanding orders are out. Current T/A is 2-5 days.

I would disagree with the vitamin c theory upsetting the reflux, unless you were to take the vitamin c after a meal, then this could potentially worsen the effects. But anyone who is taking ascorbic vitamin c is really buying the cheapest of the cheap a buffered vitamin c crystals is the better option but the best option is lyposomal vitamin c as it works on an entirely different molecular level.

If one suffers from acid reflux and is not low in glutamine and this proves to not improve the situation then the individual should look into digestive enzymes especially ones that target fat digestion. Since.....

Acid reflux can be caused by lazy digestion and the longer the food sits In the stomach the worse the reflux can become. By taking medication or even tums all this is doing is neutralizing the issue at hand, without tackling the underlying cause.

Var always gives me acid reflux, I just deal with it by eating more

Lol, rbpp I hear ya...wish I could have done that, but this was def the worst I've experienced. Couple times woke up in the middle of the night coughing and a hot vomit came with it lol. No fun, plus appetite was completely gone and felt nauseous most of the time. Only running 25mgs/day right now and sides are completely gone.

Sure is brother. Glutamine is you friend my man.

Start off with 3grams each day.

Do this for one week. If the symptoms do not get better up to 4 grams. If you still don’t get relief then go to 5grams. Once the symptoms start to fade you can back down on the grams until you find a good maintence dosage.

What happens is the body becomes hyper anabolic the first place the body sacrifices glutamine is the stomach lining since it holds a lot. So you have to replenish the glutamine to reduce the acid reflux.

This works for 99% of the people this is recommended to. If by chance it doesn’t work, hit me up and I’ll give you another tool to use.

Rabbit thanks for this suggestion, I had to stop my var cause I couldn't take the acid reflux. Glad to know theres a solution to the problem. Much appreciated advise.

Then cut slow digesting foods, especially dairy, meats and fats?

Fats when eaten with any meal will slow digestion.

If I had a real issue with acid reflux and many things didn’t work like aloe Vera, glutamine etc I would be taking digestive enzymes with each meal.

A good combo of digestive enzymes can be purchased for very cheap that help break down fats, dairy etc.

Digestive enzymes are also great for body builders anyways, especially if you try to eat every couple of hours. The faster you get that food broken down the faster it can be absorbed and less it sits in the stomach to create all the other digestive stress issue many body builders experience.

I fully agree with the use of digestive enzymes in aiding with reflux. I use an all around digestive enzyme, ox bile, aloe juice and digestive bitters. The digestive bitters help stimulate your body’s natural enzymes and bile production.

For the sake of a an example, can you name a complete digestive enzyme supplement?
