Hey Jay, no I haven't gotten bloodwork just cause this started a short time ago and thought maybe it would pass if I backed down the dose. Like I said the only thing that has changed was the addition of the var. Just didn't know if it was accidentally labeled as something else. Not accusing you of that being the case but I've had it happen before lol.

I was going to reach out to you in an email and just ask but doesn't seem like anyone else is having the same sides. I've just taken var many times and haven't had an issue which made me curious as to why I would now. I'll get bloods ran to pinpoint the problem though, figured it was worth asking around first.

What does it say on the tracking? Check it from a tor browser using a VPN.

Last time I saw a domestic package intercepted it stated something along the lines of “seized by law enforcement”.

The person continues to buy just fine, but that doesn’t mean anything really. You could get screwed over on your next delivery.

Sure is brother. Glutamine is you friend my man.

Start off with 3grams each day.

Do this for one week. If the symptoms do not get better up to 4 grams. If you still don’t get relief then go to 5grams. Once the symptoms start to fade you can back down on the grams until you find a good maintence dosage.

What happens is the body becomes hyper anabolic the first place the body sacrifices glutamine is the stomach lining since it holds a lot. So you have to replenish the glutamine to reduce the acid reflux.

This works for 99% of the people this is recommended to. If by chance it doesn’t work, hit me up and I’ll give you another tool to use.

Last time I used Var my stomach was on fire and this helped a lot. I would also use liquid bentonite clay if the reflux was happening hours after I took a dose. Just don’t take it within 2-3 hours of the Var or it messes with absorption I think.

Last time I used Var my stomach was on fire and this helped a lot. I would also use liquid bentonite clay if the reflux was happening hours after I took a dose. Just don’t take it within 2-3 hours of the Var or it messes with absorption I think.

I had a friend tell me that too. He also said apple cider vinegar but that didn’t work so I thought it was all a hoax. I’ll try this too. I get it so bad that it literally wrecks my voice for days. It’s so miserable and I had no idea var did this to people.

Hey now.... that was my second recommendation lol the aloe Vera.
Does work wonders for reflux.

I don’t get acid reflux, but it’s considered very effective. Can you elaborate bit more on your issue? How soon after consuming the tablet do you experience acid reflux?
Do you consume high amounts of carbonated beverages and/or foods with high vitamin c content?
