I’m the same way but I buy powder. A bag of 85-100 grams and when it’s gone I wait to buy more with no withdrawal. I’ve also had previous opiate withdrawal and I assume that’s why I get off kratom so easily

That enegy feeling has lost its power. Time for a break. Been 3 weeks. Took 1 day breaks every 5 days in between. I have so much work this week then ill be done for a while. Will not stop yet, as there is a boost that does allow me to get a shit ton of work done in long incriments. And alot of it. Last week of this workload. Will report and withdrawals when stopping.
this is exactly why i dont start anything though. But the energy boost allowed for so mych productivity then normal. Like 30-40% increase in work load.

I basically run it as long as I have it. I sometimes can’t keep up with the hydration and develop headaches so I’ll stop then if that happens.
I was on it for a month straight and stopped about 5 days ago. No withdrawals. I’m confident you’ll be fine

Do you get RLS?
I do, badly. I’ll rub a hole in my bed sheets w/ my feet. I’ve heard potassium helps, but not sure. I fucking hate RLS.
Geez, i can handle all other side effects when stopping anything, but RLS its annoying. I even dont mind when i am alone, but when sleeping with someone they want to rip my head off.

Tren upsets my RLS bad. so i was taking all this stuff 2 weeks it subsided after tren.
I also found running before bed helped alot. To get all that need to move out, and yoga. But only for so long.

Do you have RLS no matter what, or does it come and go? Or is it usually when you add or take away something? Or is it permenant for you?
mine will go away if i take really good care of myself for 4 weeks and onward. Like diet, exercise, cardio. But the moment i stop it comes back. Or if i do a cycle or other stuff.
Same. I did have an issue when I was younger and using hard drugs. Blow, etc. 20-30 yrs ago. Then I had issues with it when I came off of pills and that’s been 4-5 years ago. And now of course with Kratom, but it’s not nearly as bad with Kratom in my opinion

Personally, no. I sleep fine.
I might just be lucky here but I’ve never had issues with coming off kratom and if I did I wouldn’t have used it again.

Stay away from most gas station Kratom. Find a good online source and read the reviews. A particular brand, OPMS I'm sure has been adulterated with a bath salt type substance acting like speed. Stay away! It comes in a silver or gold version.
The red maeng dai is my favorite for its calming effects, it just takes so much to feel anything. Close to 10 grams. Concentrated drops are a good alternative, and capsules if you want to take 10 of them. All this on an empty stomach. It will curb opiate cravings,yet after several weeks you will experience similar withdrawls.
Kratom is illegal in most countries they are produced in and several states in the us. You never know what's in it. The greener the color the fresher the product. STAY AWAY FROM O.P.M.S.

What makes you say this, but i will be stopping 100% then.
OPM's are fine. Powder or capsules. There's no "bath salts" in it lol. Just watch out for concentrates.
