How much ya skwaat?

I can't locate the pain.

Way outside my area of expertise but non-localization can be a sign of a nerve issue somewhere? Be a bit odd for that to show bilaterally in each knee though. Would almost force any nerve issue to be spinal in nature.

Thanks brother, they are starting to hurt now. Even when not squatting. Which is what I fear the most. I can't locate the pain. When the joint is loaded maximally in the parallel or below position it is most intense pain. Wraps helped compress the knees today which did help. But I don't trust my gait when I'm finished.

I have been using a close stance toes slightly pointed out for a while. After switching to a wider stance and toes pointed way out has helped with the pain. Appears the damage has already been done tho

Are your knees caving in on the squat at all or going well in front of your toes?

Try flossing the knees and taking a week off from squatting.

I have the same issue as @gr8whitetrukker, and it's a dull pain that never goes away outside of workouts. However, the pain goes away completely while under load until I'm parallel (then it's at it's worst), and as soon as de-load and rack the bar, the pain becomes unbearable for about 2-3 minutes.

Any movement at all after the set is excruciating, but if I force myself to keep moving it, it slowly goes dull. I can pinpoint the starting area of the pain, and its the exact same spot on both knees - the quadriceps tendon/upper patellar tendon, and then it bleeds down into/under my knee cap, and towards my shin, and slightly up my quad.

I've had this pain though for years, and it's hereditary (or at least I believe it to be). My brother and my father both have/had the same issue.

The best gains I've ever got is when I'm stone cold serious on leg training, like now. It translates to other body parts and movements. And generally makes me 10x more motivated. These are the days I hate to waste. Their my most productive. I don't enjoy chest or back work till my squats are done for the day. I just feel guilty

My Squat is dropping, could only get 140 up today. With a metal plate, 9 pins, reconstructed knee and half my hamstring removed, it's a total mindfuck of a minefield to get down in the hole. I think I've lost my tension in the core and started leaning forward again. When I did the 160 PR, I can remember I went like oh yeah I'm tight under the belt, really nailed core activation. Now though ... And I'm in PCT and started crying in the gym too.

Or nah

Damn dude, your leg is all jacked up like mine!! I have my hamstring though... i def feel for you! I am missing being on myself but am not going through any significant downside to being off. Are you using anything else, like HGH? I am, that may be why...

So what did you do to your wheels? I ripped the bottom of my femer off  true story. Loooong ass road to recovery. Yours sounds pretty bad as well.

Am going to go Hgh from this winter, the PD thread has me drewling.

Regarding the wheels, I had 20 years of mayhem....fighting, drinking, jumping off things, more fighting until kids and and wife pinned me down. Snapped my ancle, had to bolt it back on with pins and a plate. Then the knee, which got bent in a direction knees shouldn't bend by design ... Tore ACL, took out the cartilage thing, reconstruction, drilled a hole through the knee and bolted it tight with two pins and a half a hamstring. 6 months on crutches, they said I was going to end up with a limp, but I took that as a challenge, learnt how to walk, read about how to walk, practiced, practiced, practiced. The only times you can catch me limping is if I am drunk or just woken up.

Can't jump, can't balance, can't run, but I still stand up pissing like a man, and can lift dem weights

HGH, am gonna seal the deal now soon and get me 9 months worth.

I can't speak of any difference between greys and pharma because I've never done pharma, but the litany of support seems to indicate they are worth the money. I'm still getting my feet wet with them but I'm reordering again fwtw.

Easy on them knees brother! God only gave you two!! I hyperextended my right knee and ripped cartilage from my femur. I have a carticel implant and had a femoral ostyotomy. Shitty recovery time period of 18 months. That's a lot of down time. to everyones amazement little soft tissue damage other than... Nothing that needed to be reworked, just a little cleaning up. stay safe man

My kid showed me this clip earlier, killer squat. I don't know how to identify the bumper plates. Can anyone total those up?

Any powerlifter knows, Reds are 25kg, blue 20, yellow 15, green 10. And then it looks like he has a black 10 too. Add 25 kilos for the bar and he has 285 kilos on those shoulders ... that's what 627 pounds, which is not too bad for a 595 pound squat ... err. Maybe those black ones don't weigh anything. And maybe its a 20-kilo bar. That would make more sense.

At what body weight? Just curious. 500 would be awesome at pretty much any weight in my book.
Floating between 230 and 232. I haven't lost a pound in those 2 months, but bf is down 7-9%. Not that impressive for my body weight, but I'd like to think my gains are pretty damn good none the less. I started out weak and skinny fat as fuck. Training and diet are on point.
