No, bulking is not eating more Oreos
@Docd187123 lied to me! Well, technically I think he swears by poptarts not Oreos.
Size isn't my issue, I am just weak and uncoordinated.

On a new brownie kick lately eh bud, I've been on an apple crumble run myself as my girl makes a mean crumbleI actually don't like Oreos. But the pastry chefs at one of my jobs love me so much they trip over themselves to give me brownies.....mmmmmmm, brownies.
You certainly know how to make a winning thread. (I had to look to remember that you are the OP)Pussy, Oreos, brownies, bad advice, this thread has it all. OP for Meso 2016 Oscar?

I love squats. Been a tease reading this thread and watching people squat in the gym Was doing 450 for 5s and then tore my vmo and rectus femoris out. Only been a couple weeks but already atrophy is setting in. Gonna be 3 months until I can squat again. Thank god legs come back so quick haha.
Anyone here ever try the squat everyday program. Looks interesting. Might give it a go when im healed up
This is exactly what I did after I tore my quad and didn't squat for 5 months got to 405 for singles in 70 days (my previous 1rm pre injury was 455)Good to know. Im gonna hit it when im healed up. Figured it would be the best idea. Start with low weight and slowly work my way up. Figured 3-4 months of that and should be close to where I left off. Thanks for the input
