How much ya skwaat?

On a new brownie kick lately eh bud, I've been on an apple crumble run myself as my girl makes a mean crumble

I've been on the same brownie kick for like 18 ears ManBear. Nothing new for me lol. I'd give up an organ before I passed on some good brownies.

Apple crumble is good too. My uncle makes some that's addictive as fuck

Squatted 155kg for two reps yesterday. Felt good, felt even better than Sigrid, the Swede who sucked my dick so hard, my asscheeks clapped

I love squats. Been a tease reading this thread and watching people squat in the gym Was doing 450 for 5s and then tore my vmo and rectus femoris out. Only been a couple weeks but already atrophy is setting in. Gonna be 3 months until I can squat again. Thank god legs come back so quick haha.

Anyone here ever try the squat everyday program. Looks interesting. Might give it a go when im healed up

I've squatted up to 5 or 6 days a week I believe.

Im on it now.. for 60 days... i got used to it... don't know if training will be the same without

Im 10 days in and ive incorporated leg days twice a week

Strength and definition have definitely improved

I start with squats everyday and other muscle groups seem like a piece of cake even cardio after that

Good to know. Im gonna hit it when im healed up. Figured it would be the best idea. Start with low weight and slowly work my way up. Figured 3-4 months of that and should be close to where I left off. Thanks for the input

This is exactly what I did after I tore my quad and didn't squat for 5 months got to 405 for singles in 70 days (my previous 1rm pre injury was 455)

Best I've done was about a month ago at the end of my peaking phase. I did 495 at 198lbs. That was with knee sleeves and a belt. Most I've done for reps was 430x5 a couple weeks ago at about 205lbs.
