I can't locate the pain.
Way outside my area of expertise but non-localization can be a sign of a nerve issue somewhere? Be a bit odd for that to show bilaterally in each knee though. Would almost force any nerve issue to be spinal in nature.

I can't locate the pain.
Thanks brother, they are starting to hurt now. Even when not squatting. Which is what I fear the most. I can't locate the pain. When the joint is loaded maximally in the parallel or below position it is most intense pain. Wraps helped compress the knees today which did help. But I don't trust my gait when I'm finished.
I have been using a close stance toes slightly pointed out for a while. After switching to a wider stance and toes pointed way out has helped with the pain. Appears the damage has already been done tho
Damn dude, your leg is all jacked up like mine!! I have my hamstring though... i def feel for you! I am missing being on myself but am not going through any significant downside to being off. Are you using anything else, like HGH? I am, that may be why...My Squat is dropping, could only get 140 up today. With a metal plate, 9 pins, reconstructed knee and half my hamstring removed, it's a total mindfuck of a minefield to get down in the hole. I think I've lost my tension in the core and started leaning forward again. When I did the 160 PR, I can remember I went like oh yeah I'm tight under the belt, really nailed core activation. Now though ... And I'm in PCT and started crying in the gym too.
Or nah
So what did you do to your wheels? I ripped the bottom of my femer offtrue story. Loooong ass road to recovery. Yours sounds pretty bad as well.
My kid showed me this clip earlier, killer squat. I don't know how to identify the bumper plates. Can anyone total those up?
Im part of the 405 FS club now
500 is the goal.
Nice. Way to make me feel like a pussy.
I will get there.
Floating between 230 and 232. I haven't lost a pound in those 2 months, but bf is down 7-9%. Not that impressive for my body weight, but I'd like to think my gains are pretty damn good none the less. I started out weak and skinny fat as fuck. Training and diet are on point. At what body weight? Just curious. 500 would be awesome at pretty much any weight in my book.
