What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

What is you'alls biggest concern when eating? Im trying to keep the fat low but still have flavor...its a bitch sometimes. I can usually stay 65-75g of fat but if Im not careful, that jumps up quick.

i try to stay in the 50-75 range on most days, higher than it should be , but not gonna really spill over if everything else is in place , cardo etc,,

Amazing how fast the damn fats add up, even using low fat options Freaking beef, my favorite food, is horrible...ok, bacon is my favorite food and its worse.

Im having alot more fats than that and low carbs most meals its around 50g p 20-30g c and 20-35g f some times very few fats or carbs at all, and most of my fat comes from more heart healthy stuff. I feel like the carbs make me spill over the most. Im down 8 pounds since taking this approach.

im a big beef eater and bacon also i combat this with eating the leanest beef sources possible and eating turkey bacon. Also low fat cheese. I still eat whole eggs but mix in egg whites when possible. I use alot of olive oil pam or avacado pam instead of greasing my pan with olive oil or a good butter like I usually would, just for non stick purposes.

This is how im preparing it, 1 of my meals a day protein style no carbs.

lean patty, grilled onions, avacado, tomato, amd fried eggs wrapped in lettuce.

Pretty much given up on beef for now between price and fat content in my favorite cuts, I cant oull the trigger. A lot of ground turkey and tons of chicken breasts for now.

Yeah, Ive swapped to turkey bacon like product myself (dont have the heart to call it real bacon). My favorite is Aldis uncured turkey bacon...seems the closest I can get to the real thing in flavor.

I use cooking spray also, though it doesnt quite match up to an egg fried in butter. And eggs to egg white in a 50/50 ratio is pretty good!

i use Avacodo oil to grease my pan, i like how light the oil is,,
 
Chocolate protien pancakes with chopped blueberries/strawberries

A lil higher fat than I like but chocolate pancakes aren't good without a few chocolate chips.
