I use the Traeger chicken rub, cooked over apple wood.. smoked for 20 minutes then high heat until about done.. add the Traeger sweet and heat sauce and the taste is unbelievable.. I've done them like that a couple of times and they're some of the best wings I've ever had for sure!
The wife just told me she booked a few days vacation for us down on the Cape. Falmouth, a MV trip and a bunch of disconnecting and relaxing.
My goals: 1) produce as many freckles as humanly possible 2) hydrate while building a tin fort out of empty seltzer drinks 3) find epic seafood to enjoy

The local hardware store has a gigantic Weber pellet grill at the entrance to the store. Absolutely huge
that’s kind of why I want it. Pellet grills are just easy set/forget mode. I have a medium big green egg I do all my smoking on, and it’s great but not a lot of room. Wish I got the Yoder offset those things are fucking beautiful.
I hear a lot of mixed reviews on the Weber pellet. Lotta people love it, a lot of people hate it. Guess I’ll wait until all the kinks are worked out. Seems like a good buy
Pellet is awesome. I'd let them work out the bugs. Only issue I've ever had with traeger is me being a slob and not cleaning it enough. Safe purchase right there
