What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

OK OGH...I'm HERE!! Carb loading before a competition Saturday. Aiming for 600g carbs today and tomorrow.
Breakfast: Entire tube of pilsbury cinnamon rolls
Lunch: 5 oz hamburger patty and 1 cup of Suddenly Salad Southwest Grains
Dinner: Big ass helping of lasagna
At least 32 oz of grape juice. Will adjust amount to meet the grams required for the day after measuring out how much lasagna I am able to eat.

Glad to have ya here ! Nice carb-out there ....grape juice , a Arnold favorite....

I HAVE to get on this diet. Especially breakfast!
 
mmm rice cakes make great snacks and I prefer the apple cinnamon ones dabbed with natty PB.

This happens every time I get near the end of a cycle. I start craving sweets, usually Im able to stay strong. But this time I saw it and gave in. And im glad, that was some good cake. Shouldve got some carrot cake though.

just picked up a load of mahi from one of my fishing buddies!! Im gonna be eating great for days, pan fried, grilled and sautéed ohhhh yeah[emoji4]
Mahi is by far my favorite fish!!!
