The problem is if you see my meal one day youve pretty much seen it for a week. I eat the same thing A LOT (as Im sure we all do).
Same here. Been eating fucking chicken for two weeks now. This morning I had my gallon water jug with me while I ate. I would take a good bite, chew it up and have to yank it back with water, my mouth just won't water for it anymore. Time to switch things up for a while.

ha I use to macro diet fuck it if it fits than its all good . just hit protein and calories if i have enough room for a pop tart or whatever i eat it . now as i get older and learn more i eat for my health good fats lean meat and veggies i try to chill with other carbs but its hard to bulk without. about cholesterol it is not the bad guy . to make it short there are 3 types of cholesterol hdl (the good cholesterol that transports the bad cholesterol out of your arteries) than there is hdl the bad cholesterol lol well the thing is there are 2 types of hdl one is fluffy and harmless the other little ones are what dr's say is bad but it is not the bad guy and this is cus they are only tyring to reapair the artery wall that you damage from sugar (yes bread and even past) . sugar inflames arteries small hdl rushes in to fill in the patches like a bandaid so now tell me why is it when you go to the dr they do onot address the problem YOUR INFALMED ARTERIES no they put you on a cholesterol lowering drug.... google the facts over 70% of people who die from heart attack have low or normal cholesterol look http://drhyman.com/blog/2010/05/19/why-cholesterol-may-not-be-the-cause-of-heart-disease/#openModal . here are some facts http://www.dietitiancassie.com/7-things-your-doctor-didnt-tell-you-about-heart-health/ .

Also when you go to the Dr and he tells you that you have high blood pressure and he wants to put you on blood pressure pills to lower it ask him why...... cause guess what once again just like cholesterol your blood pressure is not the problem it a symptom of the real problem.... your arteries are inflamed and so they are swollen and the blood is forced to push through so your blood pressure has to go up .. now tell me why the fuck are we trying to lower blood pressure when it is not the problem .... just to show you have normol blood pressure on paper while your arteries are all fucked up ha i think they are trying to kill off dumb americans cus in other coutries lik europe the know blood pressure is not the problem but a symptom and lowering it with drugs does nothing but fuck you up more. I talked to my friend who is a nurse the other day about this and he knows that american drs are shit its all about $ and drugs that kill you. drs have 24 hrs of nutrition training lol 24 hours all they know how do do is cut shit out and drug you up lol . Dietitions SOME of them know whats up and some are still outdated and think saturated fat and cholestrol are bad.. you have to educate yourself.

lol i have a lot of links i bookmarked I have debates on youtube about shit like nutrition and diet i dont know how it started but i am like addicted in a way now ,but my goal is really to just show people that most Drs are full of shit and we need to save are selves cause they have no intrest in saving you only $.
