like here is a great example you go to the Dr and have high cholesterol and asnbwe know now cholesterol in not the problem . He goes and gives you drugs to lower it but does nothing to actually fix the problem lol wtf.... well i cant blame them they only have 24hrs of nutrition training so they dont know how to do anything but cut you open or drug you . Another good example is this.... how many times have you heard a Dr say you cant regrow cartilage ... you go to a dr who gives cortisol injectins or sugery lol , he dont know how to heal the body he dont know about nutrition he dosent know that we as humans use yo eat organs and tendons and even bone broth ,, you see it all comes down to nutritin it is a fact type 2 cartilage heels cartilage in your body knees elbows everything lol....

Welcome Philmo - glad to have you here and yes I agree with about everything you said ....my doc's been trying to cram Statin drugs down throat for years and I said NO thank you . And only real butter and real food at my house .

We eat pretty good on this forum .
Alot of guys really take their diets serious here (most of the time , lol) ~Ogh

I didnt tell him off as much as I told him NO on the cholesterol drugs. But I did have to get firm , and he knows what I do and my cholesterol is only 200 which its always been . EKG was perfect and thats all I need to know . I can still run on a threadmill at the 7 setting for 10 minutes straight (top 10% for my age group)
Ogh is going for the long run .....;)

I had a bad shroom experience once too , I ate 1/8 oz liberty caps and nothing so I ate another 1/8 oz . It started off great with laughter ,visuals and colors melting then I went into the bathroom and could not hardly find my way out . Then things started melting even more , my black pug dogs started looking like black toads , our Iguana was a lil dinosaur and the ol lady was a melting witch ....that was my last time tripping.

Yep that sounds like all my trips. You start out laughing and feeling drunk and then all the sudden you look at a piece of wood grain and before you know it you've been staring at it for what seems like hours cause you've pretty much created a whole galaxy out of what you've seen in the grain. lol good times

My bad experience is that we would pick them straight out of the cow field and they always had this gritty sand taste. Well its not sand my friends. I ate to many once and actually threw up. It sucks to throw up cow shit. Yep I can't eat any types of mushrooms to this day.

heres the future ...

This is Black Magic , its pure Indica Kush strain . Dudeman said you"ll eat a house on 2 tokes , then sleep like a baby (hmm , might come in handy w/ the Fina tren)

And its all perfectly legal . At $19 a gram !! Plus $1.45 WA sales tax . I think the underground pot business is going to remain alive & well at these prices ....
