What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

i been eating this up to 2-3 day,(bacon once) its such a comfort food and its easy to palate,,

now if i Don't F up these cooking them, I struggle with beef products sometimes, and this stuff is pretty lean,, ANY Suggestions from my fellow cooks?IMG_0643.webp

If they are not too thick I’d just cook them on the stove sear both sides then turn down the heat. If your not on a diet melt some butter while cooking them.

It’s a funnel cake like a fried waffle with whip cream ice cream and strawberries
 
Depends… I’m not really dieting or restricting myself in fact I need to be eating way more for my goals the ability to properly digest everything impedes this progress but yes for the most part if im meal prepping i tend to do about 150 grams rice and 6 Oz (170 grams) protein a meal also like to have some type of veg with each meal to improve digestion and elimination.
 
macros? Yes easy just two 6 oz chicken breasts and about 150 grams sweet potato give or take about 70-75 protein and 40 carbs
