thanks for your input man. Do you also use eq? what dosage is your test and eq respectively?The things he said are true also the cycle layoout is very good. He also say about training etc hit stylke wich i agree and its the style i use and i find i get the most gains the facts he say about steroids and hgh and dosages are also true its true that you see the real power of tren from 700mg and up.
I was using ugl test and i couldnt break the 200lb barrier also the dosage i took was not right. Also the test/aas ratio is right i have used low test high tren and it lacked in results in terms of mass and fullness also after 5-6 weeks i was havving tren dick.
When i start to use pharma grade test and tren on right dosages and also hit style training i was see the gains i wanted. About hgh i dont know but i imagine is right i dont know because i dont use hgh yet but i can clearly see the lack of progress on professional bb without hgh.

What about protein intake man, did you follow his recommendation?have tried it but strangely couldn't handle it chest delts neck and head was like a tomato and my head was going to explode. It is strange because i use high test 1-1.2grams and tren up to a gram and never had this problem. Also a fella who i know used boldenone on many cycles and he has blood thickening problems and its on medication for life. My hematocrit on high test/tren is fine but on eq idk wtf is happening i have used it on 900mg couldnt go past week 8 but i plan to try it again on future it seems promising
You should donate blood when using aas anyway.. especially on eq... I donate every 8 weeks regardless.. when I ran test eq tren.. I definitely had to donate.. yiu start feeling toxic.. but I watch my blood being drawn and thank God my blood didn’t come out syrupy and slow..

i consume a gallon and a half a day m-f and maybe close to a gallon a day on weekendsI collapsed the vein first time through. Had a hemo of 54%. Needed to drink more water but it was a son of a bitch having to wait another 8 weeks when they only got half.
For anyone if you plan to donate blood, water, water, water and I’d recommend no workout the day before just to make sure you don’t sweat half of it out.

I was just watching a John Meadows video last night about PED usage between "then" and "now".
It was kind of unbelievable. John went through his early AAS usage experience and what the guys back in the day were doing. Parabolin for instance was only 76mg an amp... Guys were using just a few of them a week at the pro level.
Then he went through some of the cycles that his new clients are on when they come to him from other coaches... Fucking 1500mg of tren, 2000mg of test, 150-300mcg of T3.
He made a good point in that his opinion was physiques really havent vastly improved from back then until now, and I tend to agree with him... In many ways they're getting much worse. If I have to see Roelly's distended gut one more time on instagram I'm going to puke.
Everyone lies about their dosages and the coumpounds they take, and the length they take them for, everyone, and if this isn’t common knowledge by now, people need to get a fucking grip on reality man.
The more I took the more I grew, the less fat I gained when I bulked, the less muscle mass I lost during a cut. Lately with a little over a gram of combined anabolics per week I think I can safely say that I pretty much didn’t lose any muscle during my last 2 cuts. Diet and training are always on point, so is recovery.This is a dangerous notion to carry with you into your bodybuilding journey if you believe it to be gospel at all times. It's true but certainly not to the extent you're claiming by saying Meadows is FOS with the dosages he recommends (he's not lying).
A question for you personally though: do you have experience mega dosing AAS? What were the results like compared to say 1500mg a week of combined AAS?
