Soooo i got my lab results back (or to be more accurate the nurse told me through the phone)
Clearly my t3 is elevated and about 30% over the normal range. She asked me if i take throyid hormones (which i dont) and said i have to speak with the doctor about it.
(Which i dont really have time right now tbh)
Now i read that GH can increase the conversion of t4 into t3.
Right now im experiencing a lot if high igf-1 sympthoms: my hands are swolen for weeks, i get light carpel tunnel syndrom, im snoring up to sleep apnoe level and today i couldt even really squad because my tendons hurt.
(Yes typically you would just reduce your GH dose but im using peptides meaning tesamorelin + Ipamorelin and it took over month to increase the igf-1 which is when the symptoms started. And im going on vaccation in 3 weeks so yeah i thought im keeping it up till then)
So could a high igf-1 level be the reason for the elevation?
And how high is this value really? Meaning, is it a problem?
Im not on any other compound than that.
So ans concerns with these levels (heart, catabolism, etc.?)
I should also mention that i did the bloodwork like 3-4 weeks ago so since them it could have gotten worse? Or at least my igf-1 symptoms didnt really that much get better.
- Free T4 : 0.99 ng/dL (Normal range: 0.8 – 1.8 ng/dL)
- Free T3 : 5.7 pg/mL (Normal range: 2.0 – 4.4 pg/mL)
- TSH: 2.13 µIU/mL (Normal range: ~0.4 – 4.0 µIU/mL)
