Hey everyone,
Figured it was finally time to stop lurking and actually join in. I’ve been reading threads on here for a long time, and I’ve always appreciated how much solid info and experience gets shared, so I’m excited to be part of it.
I’m 23, about 185 cm and sitting around 80 kg right now. I’ve been lifting for roughly 5 years, and like most people, I started out not having a clue what I was doing just bench, curls, and ego. Over time I got more serious about training, cleaned up my routine, and really fell in love with the process.
I’ve run a few cycles in the past and saw big changes, but I’m still very much a student when it comes to understanding the long-term side of things, how to train smarter, and how to keep progressing without wrecking my health. That’s one of the reasons I joined, I want to keep learning from people who’ve been at this longer than I have, especially those who emphasize staying safe and doing things the right way.
Right now I’m focusing on improving my strength, tightening up my nutrition, and fixing a couple of lagging areas I ignored early on. I’m also really interested in the science behind training, hormones, recovery, programming, the stuff that actually makes a difference beyond the hype.
Looking forward to getting to know you all, contributing where I can, and hopefully learning a ton in the process.
