Hi everyone,
my name is chronix and I’m glad to join the MESO community. I’ve been training consistently for several years(12yrs) with a strong focus on strength, hypertrophy and structured programming although i did stupid shit in the past. Over time I’ve built up a solid understanding of training, nutrition, recovery and general PED theory, but I’m always looking to learn more from people with greater experience or do harm reduction when someone is short in knowledge
My current goals are to continue improving size and strength, especially in the shoulders and back, while keeping my health markers and long-term risks under control. I value harm reduction, evidence-based information, and honest discussion which is exactly why I joined Meso
I’m here mainly to read, learn, ask thoughtful questions and share my experiences where they may be helpful. Looking forward to becoming part of the community and contributing in a constructive way.
