I would like to know what those of you who support trump will do when he loses the election?

Oh, fucker Carlson. Great opinion source. No facts, just inflammatory opinion. Just the fodder you guys need. Lol. Wow

What a buncha bullshit. Like arguing to keep Santa alive. It’s all bullshit. WTF. I cant believe people are this fucking stupid. Chrissakes

Great contribution. That’s all you got? You might as well hold your breath and drop to the floor kicking.

Texas gonna remind you what country you live in. Nearly 29 million good people live in Texas. I guess they’re all fucking stupid huh?

You’re convinced by the buncha bullshit. Why offer silly facts?
This conspiratorial shit show will end and normal people will continue their lives.

Honestly the stupidity here is really disappointing. I’ve lost huge faith in humanity knowing there’s this large a percentage of complete dumbasses out there.

An investigation isn’t a conspiracy. You know this, right?
Take a look at your boy Dr. Scally's Trump thread above. That's not documenting an investigation. It's a fucking hoax. No honest thinking individual could believe or claim anything else.

It’s a GOOD Tuesday morning. Thank you Texas. They found a simple way to go straight to the Supreme Court. They’re also very specific in what they are asking the Court to rule on.
Texas IS America. I spent 28 yrs of nanny state rule in NY. So glad to have spent the last 7 yrs down here in TX. As they say, so goes Texas so goes America.

Nancy Pelosi wont agree to a stimulus package that doesnt include billions of dollars of bailout money for blue states that cant manage their budgets. Funny Texas doesnt even have a state income tax and look at how wonderful things are. This is an indictment of corrupt and foolish policies and spending habits in democrat run states.

Everyone should have a chance at the table to speak, that was the beauty of the net pre-Covid.

Since Google pretty much runs the net, we have seen a thorough scrubbing of info that is so blatant, shutting down public forums, erasing channels, cutting off all forms of revenue for certain groups.

This all worked too seamlessly to have just happened by chance, a boardroom of idiots sat down and decided who and what will get heard from here on out and when you read the garbage on mainstream providers you can tell right off the bat it's just one sided propaganda.

The sad thing is the so called college educated kids eat this shit up, it's like critical thought or questioning your master never accord to them. It's lazy and where it leads isn't good.

Yep. Pretty bleak. Might be time for you to go jump off a tall building...

It’s not about Trump and Biden. This is about constitutional rights. One state is suing four other states for changing their rules without legislative decision. That’s all clearly outlined in the Constitution. This is exactly the type of case that the Supreme Court is there to decide on. They don’t need to waste their time hearing “tampering” or “fraud” cases. But when States fuck around with the rules and another State feels that caused an unfair advantage, the Supreme Court is there to make the legal decision.

Thank god people in Texas stood up for their rights. You democrats can blame Trump in order to justify the riots. But you should blame your own dipshit Democrat officials for breaking laws and ignoring the Constitution. Trump has nothing to do with this other than he happened to be the other guy running in a corrupted election.

Lol. No news. Texas sues 4 states at the Supreme Court level. Nothing BIG or anything. Shit like that happens everyday right? CNN web coverage is covid covid covid. Scare scare scare. Distract distract distract. Fucking unreal.

Even the supposedly right leaning WSJ is ignoring it. Its top election story is "Conservative Lawsuits Fuel Distrust of Election Results".

The actual court filing, if anyone is interested.

Much of it seems pretty specious from a quick perusal, but with a majority of conservative-leaning judges in the SCOTUS, who knows? The challenge regarding non-legislative powers influencing voting laws and whether that violated the Elections Clause of the Constitution is going to be the most relevant bit to watch.

An important thing to note is that the lawsuit got a direct track to the SCOTUS because it contains a constitutional challenge, not because it's necessarily a strong case. It could very well be a strong case, but a fast track to the Supreme Court doesn't implicitly imply that.

Over the years I've come to accept that I have no chance of predicting how SCOTUS will rule on something. Seems like the more important it is politically the more likely the court is to interpret it in a way no one on either side would have guessed.

My prediction is they will rule the election unconstitutional. Then theyll have to follow the pathways the founding fathers had in place for such an event

Pretty much. Sometimes their rulings are a bit strange.

Citizens United v. FEC comes to mind. The SCOTUS basically turned politics into a pay-to-play system by ruling that political donations are somehow "free speech" and thus protected by the First Amendment.

Now politics is rife with legalized back-room dealing, back-patting and super PACS.

Id like to see election reform. I dont want all this big money in politics. I dont care for lobbyists or special interest being able to throw billions of dollars at a candidate of their choosing. Id also like to see term limits for politicians. Any person who can make a career out of the most inhospitable place on the planet is by design a psychopath/sociopath
