Something tells me he wasn’t guessing. The benefits of SR9009 were observed in animal studies and the safety and efficacy in humans is unknown and purely anecdotal.

To conclude, your list is very incomplete. There are certain individual side effects and health issues that are beyond any guide or list for that matter. It's not as easy as it looks. Watching MPMD and such videos all day and claiming to be knowledgeable is a wannabe behaviour to be honest.

I suggest you take your time and read some articles on MesoRX. There are plenty to learn from and expand your knowledge.

I would be interested to see some bloodwork pre and post SR9009 to see the benefits that OP is talking about. That would really convince me to try it again. As far as I know it just makes your piss really expensive. I've never seen injectable SR9009 and I wonder if transdermal makes a big difference vs oral.

sr9009 not having good oral bioavailability is well known
iirc its inventor even stated this

both injectable and transdermal work but i wouldnt bother injecting when i can just apply it transdermally

20% benzyl benzoate
2% benzyl alcohol
78% MCT oil

transdermal formula:
