I think the 3-5 for body building is right. Seems like a lot of studies are coming up lately that say 15g is good for cognitive benefits. Creatine is cheap and I am getting older, so 15g it is...Hmmm im taking like 15g

5 grams is a teaspoon. Use the scoop that comes with it or a measuring spoon.How many of you just eyeball
