How much Creatine do you guys take?

I think the 3-5 for body building is right. Seems like a lot of studies are coming up lately that say 15g is good for cognitive benefits. Creatine is cheap and I am getting older, so 15g it is...
What i notice is: when im really tired and havent slept a lot/well and im taking 15g of Creatine in the morning, i can compensate the lack of sleep with it!

It may be placebo, but its just something i noticed

How many of you just eyeball

Does your 5 g dissolve fully in this much water?

Good that the huge scoop is in the picture

Previous guy wrote teaspoon

That's not a teaspoon

That's a lot

Does it dissolve in the recommended amount of water?
Its not really, just the close up of the picture makes it look bigger.

Yes it dissolves perfectly.
One pictured is creapure, but even plain jain costco creatine was good.
I use 20G daily.

One tsp is exactly 5 grams.

I said a teaspoon or use the scoop that comes in the bag. I assumed you didn't have a scoop since you felt the need to weigh it when the label clearly states one scoop is 5 grams.

Yup mine comes in a bag

I also vacuum dry it

So from monohydrate, becomes anhydrous

Anw you are still eyeballing it, because there's no scale, just AI.

10 grams. The science behind the brain benefits says 5 grams will just be absorbed by the muscles, so if you want brain benefits it has to be more. Im also quite big so using a one size fits all approach doesn't make sense. Like a 150 pound person and 280 pound person taking the same amount doesn't make sense
