How much Creatine do you guys take?

However much is a big spoonful. Probably over 20g easy. I mainly take it for the brain effects I've read about. Can't hurt.
I'm blasting the back of my toilet with swamp diarrhea just thinking about doing that. I've got to spread mine out in 3-4 gram intervals per serving or my guys are fvck3d

I put it in my intra shake which I usually finish when I get back home so in about 2-3 hours. No issues mostly. Mostly...

I take 10g/day. I saw that Rhonda Patrick video a while back too. I never "felt" anything taking 5g/day, and always thought that I was a non-responder. Taking 10g/day I do feel a difference.

Take 15 grams. If you shit yourself, try less. If not, try more. See how you feel. I dont go over 10, makes me nauseous.

I haven't noticed any results from taking 5g of creatine daily for a year, but I'm still taking it since every study says it works, it's cheap and there are no sides.

I wonder if anyone really notice anything above 3 grams?

Those who didn't try don't count.

I always took 5, but for over a year I started taking 3 and I didn't notice a damn thing in terms of performance.

I only feel somewhat not the same energy after taking 3 weeks off of creatine.

I believe there are studies now that have shown some benefits of mass dosing like 15 to 20 g

Honestly I'm taking 5 grams just because. 3 would probably be fine as well.

Considering I pay only 30 bucks for a year worth of creatine, I'd rather take 5 and don't leave any possible gains (even if minimal) on the table.

I thought the same, just about a year ago got sick of taking it for years and years. For some reason I look at creatine and say to myself, I don't feel like taking it today...

So I took some time off of it and forgot about it.

Then I hoped back on, but on 3 grams instead of 5 grams. I don't feel like I'm missing anything compared to higher dose.

Now if we talk about being completely off of it, then yeah I just don't feel that extra it gives me.

To be honest, I don't notice anything from taking creatine. Like, no evident extra performance. But I believe it's there and it's just very subtle but slowly helping me grow over time.

I could stop taking it for a couple of months and check if I feel any different but then there could be a placebo effect. As there is no harm in taking it and for the price, I'd rather take it than not.

The recent news was about preventing cognitive decline. Not really something you feel.
