I'm blasting the back of my toilet with swamp diarrhea just thinking about doing that. I've got to spread mine out in 3-4 gram intervals per serving or my guys are fvck3dHowever much is a big spoonful. Probably over 20g easy. I mainly take it for the brain effects I've read about. Can't hurt.

I believe there are studies now that have shown some benefits of mass dosing like 15 to 20 gI wonder if anyone really notice anything above 3 grams?

Considering I pay only 30 bucks for a year worth of creatine, I'd rather take 5 and don't leave any possible gains (even if minimal) on the table.

Same hereI've been taking 10 grams since forever for the theoretical health benefits.
Like, prevention of age-related cognitive decline. Never did a deep dive but it's safe and inexpensive. So why not
