Essential daily vitamins you guys take regular.

I would get an oral B complex supplement that contains methylcobalamin instead of regular cobalamin and that also contains methylfolate instead of regular folate. The methylated B vitamins are superior, in my opinion. They are so much more bioavailable. I don't think people even absorb regular folate and regular B12.

If you choose to use the regular B complex, make sure you have a lot of methyl donors like choline, DMG, TMG (betaine), SAM-E etc. There are many and you need them. But you can also get by with using a lot of just one methyl donor, with choline being the easiest one to use probably.
Even if an injectable? That matters?

I think they only made antibiotics prescription only, but let's be real: this is the first step toward total control of veterinary products. So everyone should always stock up.

Choline, bulk supplements brand?
Yes, that will work. Sometimes choline can smell a little bit fishy. A hint of it. But many times it does not. It is powder. Just have a couple small spoons a day. Mix in shaker cup with some water and swallow.

An added benefit is that Choline is also really good for everything else, especially for your liver. A lot of liver decline or disease is caused by choline deficiency.

Choline-L-Bitartrate?

Does vitamin b work as appetite suppressant?
on it's own? Haven't noticed the effect personally. Stacked with caffeine it almost certainly would.

As a PWO I notice no decrease in my post-work voraciousness though, even with cup after cup of hot black coffee (the very best in peri-workout nutrition!)
