Just got these in and looking for some insight or suggestions, Currently on OEP Labs Test E at 525, NPP 210, EQ 310 a week split into daily shots. Testosterone levels aren't in yet, but I am as not concerned with knowing that currently, but I will update when I get them.
Stats-
30 Years old, 205 Pounds with low end bodyfat and just finished a hard cut from 230 pounds about a month or so back, I have cut back my cardio some lately but usually 15-20 min HIIT 2-3 times a week and 2 LISS sessions per week. I train at very high intensity and follow a DC Training Split 4 days a week, so super low volume but failure every set with the rest-pauses.
Blood pressure is normally around 105-110/60-65, RHR is 55-60
Supplements I take daily are;
NAC 600mg
Cirtus bergamot seed 1200mg
Nattokinase 2000 FU (Just started a week ago)
Vitamin D 10000 IU
Beet Root Powder 2400MG preworkout
Berberine HCL- 500mg about 3 times a day, with higher carb meals
Creatine mono- 10G
Also on Reta at 3 MG once a week, for about 4 months, I just titrated to 3 two weeks ago from 2mg.
I am a bit concerned with my liver values being high and probably going to introduce TUDCA, along with the HDL/LDL being out of range. Hematocrit is a bit high but even off cycle it's around a 51-52, I have always been larger but have to keep a high cardiovascular level for various reasons. I think once I get regular with my cardio again it will drop, along with the inclusion of nattokinase it should get stable as well. Any other insights would be much appreciated, thanks guys.
