Just got these in and looking for some insight or suggestions, Currently on OEP Labs Test E at 525, NPP 210, EQ 310 a week split into daily shots. Testosterone levels aren't in yet, but I am as not concerned with knowing that currently, but I will update when I get them.

Stats-
30 Years old, 205 Pounds with low end bodyfat and just finished a hard cut from 230 pounds about a month or so back, I have cut back my cardio some lately but usually 15-20 min HIIT 2-3 times a week and 2 LISS sessions per week. I train at very high intensity and follow a DC Training Split 4 days a week, so super low volume but failure every set with the rest-pauses.

Blood pressure is normally around 105-110/60-65, RHR is 55-60

Supplements I take daily are;
NAC 600mg
Cirtus bergamot seed 1200mg
Nattokinase 2000 FU (Just started a week ago)
Vitamin D 10000 IU
Beet Root Powder 2400MG preworkout
Berberine HCL- 500mg about 3 times a day, with higher carb meals
Creatine mono- 10G

Also on Reta at 3 MG once a week, for about 4 months, I just titrated to 3 two weeks ago from 2mg.

I am a bit concerned with my liver values being high and probably going to introduce TUDCA, along with the HDL/LDL being out of range. Hematocrit is a bit high but even off cycle it's around a 51-52, I have always been larger but have to keep a high cardiovascular level for various reasons. I think once I get regular with my cardio again it will drop, along with the inclusion of nattokinase it should get stable as well. Any other insights would be much appreciated, thanks guys.

I can't help much here, but that AST and more specifically ALT are high as you noted. TUDCA for sure, but you may want to get a good course of Glutathione or something going as well to try to get that ALT down.

No diet info, but I'd consider supplementing some of your animal proteins with something plant based to help get that # down.

That's quite a stack! Introducing TUDCA is a good call given your liver values. For the hematocrit, staying on top of the cardio and keeping hydrated should definitely help. Nattokinase is interesting, keep us updated if you notice a difference.

Take my advice with a grain of salt as I’m fairly new to the scene.

Your hematocrit is HIGHLY elevated (54%-55%). From what I read, 55% is a hard limit in TRT guidelines where TRT will be discontinued/ reduced. At this level (and higher) your risks of clotting (heart and brain infarct) increases multiple x. Your risks of left ventricular hypertrophy also increases (although your blood pressure seemed ok so maybe less so). As wel as your risk of permanent kidney damage/ faster aging of your kidneys. I am not 100% sure how you could reliably lower your hematocrit, other than a phlebotomy (although I’ve heard plenty of hydration and cardio somewhat helps). The high hematocrit and hemaglobin is most likely due to your EQ.

I would suggest looking into the effects of your reported HIIT training on hemaglobin levels, as I’m assuming that will most likely only elevate them, compared to lower intensity continuous cardio.

Your estradiol is also immeasurably low (<30pg/ml). Most likely due to the EQ you are taking. This is probably one of the reasons your lipids are worsened.

Normal E2 is important, not only for muscle hypertrophy but also for general health, it improves your lipids and protects your joints and nervous system.

I would recommend lowering the EQ although I cannot give you recommendations on the exact dosages. I would gradually lower it, while getting regular blood panels, to avoid yoyo-ing around.

Optimally, you would have started with just test and NPP and slowly titrated the EQ up while continuously monitoring your E2 but it is what it is now.

I feel like in general, the EQ is screwing you over, and I would recommend lowering the dosage or substituting with something like primo which is way softer on hematocrit, lipids and E2.

Best of luck!

I wanted to add, that E2 is also cardio-protective and it remaining this low will screw your health in the long run, you need to fix it.

You’re only 6 weeks into your blast, your hematocrit will continue to rise for probably another 6-12 weeks, it will get worse, and it will cause permanent damage.

You stated your hematocrit even off-cycle is elevated (51%-52%), EQ will make this even worse and my advise for you is to steer away from it. EQ is not a compound for you.

Both of your main problems are being cause by EQ’s competitive aromatase interaction and its strong effect on hematocrit. I strongly advise you to phase it out.

If you really want to keep your blast anabolic, simply up the dosage on your NPP or consider adding something like oxandrolone (anavar) or methenolone (primo) to replace the EQ.
