High Hematocrit/RBC help

Do you take this all at once on a empty stomach? I'm way behind, I only take 2000 but my H is only 50.6%. Higher than I want but not horrible considering.

I break it up 3x per day. So 4000 / 4000 / 2000 with my caps. Not religious on empty stomach part.

Was able to do the blood let. Might get a CBC at the end of the week with iron and ferritin to see how we are looking. Also upped the dose of ip6.
