High Hematocrit/RBC help

Was able to do the blood let. Might get a CBC at the end of the week with iron and ferritin to see how we are looking. Also upped the dose of ip6.

Thanks for all the support.

I drink 2 scoops daily (also throughout the night I will finish a 1.5L bottle with another scoop in it) of a hydration powder by transparent labs and have never needed to donate blood, trt or cycles.

What kind of cycles have you done in the past and out of curiosity what would be your average and highest HCT that you’ve seen on cycle and what cycle lead to the reading?

Cross Post from SST looking for advice.

Just got 6 week bloods on 400mg test. Disappointed to see hematocrit and RBC pretty high. Going to try and give blood Monday morning.

I drank 2L of water before the test and drink 5L daily. 3 HIIT sessions a week. Weight is 175 pounds.

Here are the supps I'm taking. Should I adjust the doses here. Not sure the normal dose of IP6.

Nattokinase 6000 fu
IP6 500mg
Citrus Bergamot 1200mg
Krill oil 2g
I know you said 175 lbs but that doesn’t exclude you from possibly having sleep apnea. Do you know if you snore loudly and / or wake up gasping for breath? Have you ever had a sleep study? Those numbers are up there for 400 of test. Could simply be a genetic thing to be addressed with dosage reduction.

Also how is your blood pressure?

The only things that truly reduce H/H are dose reduction and a good bit of cardio. I believe steady state cardio is the better choice, maybe 30mins 5 times a week. Things like fish oil, nattokinase, baby aspirin do nothing to lower H/H in the vast majority of people. They simply help to keep you from clotting. I've over donated in the past and crashed the fuck out of my iron and ferritin. I now only donate if I'm symptomatic and/or the number starts looking a bit scary. If my hematocrit hits around 57-58, I tend to donate.

how much total androgen tends to push you to that point. I know everything is so dependent on the individual. But in your experience do you ever reach such levels limiting yourself to say 500mg per week total androgens

hmm. Well, I haven't cycled on less than 1200mgs total in forever. I stay between 1200-1500 for blasts. I wouldn't think 500mgs per week would require me to donate. It's very individual.
