Essential daily vitamins you guys take regular.

Injectable B-complex. All I take in terms of vitamins.
What is your daily dose in terms of the individual vitamins? I've been using injectable B12 for a while and I only notice how much it helps when I forget or run out for a week. So I've been considering adding some of the others, but unsure of dose and sources.

I get the Durvet High Level B Vitamin Complex from the animal supply store and it works well for me.

Don't take a multi vitamin or a multi mineral. There are too many compounds competing for absorption and you'll end up pissing most of it out.

Its a pain in the ass, but take the essential stuff like D3, Omega 3, C, zinc, NAC, etc separately.

Yes, you will "notice" the effects if you are coming from a state of depletion first (so it is more apparent after not using any for a long time).

The effects are still there when you are already replete but you aren't going to notice the immediate "roar" as the B-vitamins flood into a depleted system.

Hey guys first post here. Didn't want to start a new thread so thought I'd ask my question here.

What supplement you guys use when on serms/AI. I'm currently on nolva and arimidex and looking for anything that could help.

Especially with brain function seems like I'm slower on nolvadex.

D, C, B complex, k, magnesium, folic acid, quality dha+epa, and orange triad multi are the center.

I add probiotics and epicor for gut health.

Lots of nac, ala, and tudca.

Berberine and citrus bergamot for cholesterol.

Collagen, whey, and an amino acid blend I make.

Aniracetam and oxiracetam blend as a nootropic.
