Right now its currently as follows.

Vit d3
Vit k2
Omega 3
Alpha lipoic acid
NAC
Choline inositol
Moringa
Collagen
Berberine
Tudca
Citrus bergamot
Astragalus
Milk thistle
Liv 52
Longvida curcumin

Melatonin some nights before bed

I plan to add the following.

Quality multivitamin (any suggestions?)
Niacin
Ubiquinol
Red yeast rice extract
Chia seed extract
Grapefruit seed extract

Any suggestions from anyone on any tweaks I could make or additions?
Your list looks damn good. Very similar to mine. I personally eliminated the NAC and Milk thistle because Tudca and Liv 52 are your heavy hitters here. It’s almost redundant but obviously if you have the funds, it’s fine to continue all 4. I just like simplicity and less pills lol.

A good multi I’ve always stood behind is Orange Triad by Controlled Labs. I also use P5P for prolactin - it’s eliminated the need for caber in my case (currently on tren).

Thank you bro il certainly check orange triad out.

Yeah the milk thistle is still left over and I probably won't re up any of that when it's done, the NAC I still run at around 600-1200mg per day

It's funny you say that about the liv-52 as I've been told I'm an ass for still running that shit by quite a few people lately, it's pretty cheap compared to most of my other supplements so I've always still added it in.

Also I only run 250mg/day tudca when I'm not running any orals, il run 750-1000mg/day when running orals and for 2 weeks after.

It would be great to see a list of all the supplements your running in your diary bro, forgive me if it's already there and I've skimmed past or missed it while reading late and asleep one night!

I was under the assumption that tudca wasn't supposed to be used as a preventative, but rather a repair tool after ceasing the affecting compounds.

What is better than p2p caber in terms of its effect on prolactin?

I assume you mean P5P?

From my understanding and blood work to go along with it, P5P is great at keeping prolactin in range assuming it was in range to begin with. Caber on the other hand has the ability to lower a prolactin figure that has become elevated. Like AI’s, caber comes with a host of unwanted sides/effects and should not just be thrown into the mix for the heck of it. People pop caber like it’s skittles with no ramifications, it’s a potent dopamine agonist and should be treated with some respect.

Real world application has showed me otherwise personally.
I'm adding tren for the first time during my next cycle. My liver values were not affected with anadrol. I will be adding anadrol for the synergistic effects with tren. I should start tudca with the tren, and continue until the cycle is over? Or keep using tudca after ceasing the affecting compounds?

I personally don’t find tren to be very liver toxic but if you do, run tudca at start of tren and a few weeks after discontinuation. I’m just guessing blind here though, blood work is the only way to get a definitive here. Tudca can’t hurt regardless from what I’ve seen.

I'll add the tudca if I start feeling lethargic.

Thanks for the detailed description. I just now thought from this side about caberet. You're absolutely right.

This is what I try to take consistently. It doesn't always happen. I take a lot of supplements but I've been fine tuning this list for a long time, and this is what my body does well with. I also take more things. I like to experiment.

I have big vitamin organizers and I make my daily doses for like a month at a time, or longer.

These are minimum doses, and often times I go higher. I also buy powders and make my own capsules to avoid unnecessary fillers that often come in ready filled capsules.

These supplements are expensive, but it's investing in yourself, so it's worth it. You have to watch out for sales, and buy in bulk.

Brands I like:

You always have to read the labels, and see if and what fillers are used. Sometimes those fillers are needed and sometimes they're not.

Life Extension (I take their Multivitamins. I use the Mix Capsules which is 12 capsules a day. I also take their Two Per day multi when I can't take 12 capsules. I use many of their products, and I trust this brand).
Now Foods, Natural Factors (they make the best Liposomal Quercetin and also good and best priced CoQ10 Ubiquinol), Source Naturals, some Swanson products (like their Olive Leaf). Cardiovascular Research for their Magnesium Taurate. I like many more brands.

Anti-aging:
Niacinamide 500mg or smaller doses of powder in water, to keep NAD+ levels topped up.
Apigenin, in the form of dried Parsley powder, that I put in capsules.
Quercetin.
Metformin or Berberine, when I am eating a lot of carbs or not exceeding, and depending on what I'm eating, and what phase I'm going through. It's variable.

Ribose: 2-10 grams in water.

Amino acids:
Taurine 1-6 grams.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine 6g
Lysine 2g (for supposed antiviral effects, although I don't have any viruses, but the evidence suggests it's worth taking).
Tyrosine 500mg
Glycine 5g (we all have glycine deficiency. It's super important for gut, nervous system everything etc).
Glutamine 5g

Antioxidant support:
Vitamin C (amount depending on what I use). I prefer a few grams of sodium Ascorbate mixed in my drink, several times throughout the day. I also make Liposomal Vitamin C, and I take shots throughout the day.

2 Vitamin E-400
1 Lycopene 50mg
3 Beta Carotene 25,000 iu (for skin)
1 Lutein mix 30mg lutein, 9mg meso, 6mg zeazanthin) (for eyes and skin).
1 Astaxanthin 12mg (for skin and sun protection).
1 Coq10 100mg (Ubiquinol)
1 PQQ 20mg
1 Liposomal Quercetin 250mg
2 Benfotiamine 150mg

Vitamin K:
2 K2 MK7 200
1 Ultra K mix of K's
K2 MK4 drops.

Vitamin D (Except during summer, I take 10,000iu D per day)

Minerals:
3 Boron 3mg
1 OptiZinc
1 Magnesium Taurate 125mg (I find Magnesium Taurate is the BEST form for me. But I also take other forms depending on my needs or what I have. I take magnesium glycinate, threonate for brain, and citrate for laxative effect).

Copper Bisglycinate 3-9mg (if I use a lot if zinc, I go higher on the copper to correct or prevent deficiency. I take this separately from everything else I take, so it has a chance to absorb).

1 Carnosine 500mg
2 MSM 1,000mg
2 DMG 125mg (alternatively, TMG 1g)
2 Choline Inositol 250mg

Other addons:
Lugol's iodine 5 drops of 5% and 200mcg Selenium to protect thyroid.
Lithium Orotate 5mg-15mg to preserve brain.
NAC 600mg for overall glutathione support.
DHEA 5mg.
Sunflower Lecithin.

Morning stack sometimes:
Cognitex Elite with and without Pregnenolone.
Dopa Mucuna
Olive Leaf Extract 750mg
Bacopa
OPC's
Ginkgo Biloba
Probiotic

I also try to drink a glass of water with a scoop of baking soda either 2 hours before or 2 hours after I take my morning stack.

To help digest everything:
2 Betaine HCL
1 Bioperine

I think its calls supergreen food, its a green powder of all these vegatables. I use that and a probiotic.

I dont think the body is suppose to be getting all these, if we were then we would get it in food. That is a TON.

I know it sounds like a lot, but I also skip days and take time off. I can't eat the variety and amount of food I would need to get this much nutrition, so this works for me.

I feel really good on all of these supplements. The only problem is swallowing so many capsules. I recommend milk. It may sound strange, but milk makes these capsules go down very easily. I also take a spoon of coconut oil to make sure I have enough fat for the fat soluble vitamins.

Hey

Yes, you will "notice" the effects if you are coming from a state of depletion first (so it is more apparent after not using any for a long time).

The effects are still there when you are already replete but you aren't going to notice the immediate "roar" as the B-vitamins flood into a depleted system.
They didnt have the one you had, this one is fine right?

Its on amazon as well
I would get an oral B complex supplement that contains methylcobalamin instead of regular cobalamin and that also contains methylfolate instead of regular folate. The methylated B vitamins are superior, in my opinion. They are so much more bioavailable. I don't think people even absorb regular folate and regular B12.

If you choose to use the regular B complex, make sure you have a lot of methyl donors like choline, DMG, TMG (betaine), SAM-E etc. There are many and you need them. But you can also get by with using a lot of just one methyl donor, with choline being the easiest one to use probably.
