So yesterday evening I had a few slices of pizza as a cheat meal and went to bed early. A few hours later I woke up with some pretty nasty heartburn and seeing as I had no tums or anything I decided to gulp some almond milk and sure enough it worked like a fucking charm. The relief was instant and within 5 minutes of laying down the acidity/burning was 100% gone and didn't bother me again. Just figured I'd share is all
