Personal log from first cycle

adding few photos from last few days/week or so.
i dont like the way i look now, at least without tshirt. in tshirt, i look good, its not really question IF i take anything but more like WHAT AND HOW MUCH ..

i tought that my legs are not growing cause its hard to measure by looks, they were always big buuuut everything is bit tighter and more stretched on them. even more loose jeans are filled now. plenty of veins on them still.

but upperbody is loosing definition, especially in relaxed state. but its whatever, i will cut hard after.

thanks! they are actually quite big compared to upper body :D i have gift for legs i think.

i can train them hard and for long time, i can bike for hours and hours, they can take a beating etc.

im glad i have them cause tryin to improve lagging legs have to be super painfull....
 
aaanyway, i think i fucked up, again.

i had 2 white pills for today, supposed to be 2x 10mg nolvadex buuut i might fucked up last week during pill prep and actually it could have been 2x 25mg aromasin...

ate them as first thing in the morning, with gh shot. ive been shitting my brains, pissing whole day, appettite is gone, stomach is uppset and now inwas in bed, with HR in sky, hot flashes, sweating like crazy, kind of panicky feelings.

buuut thing is, im not sure. i have some dbol & tne for this case... if it wont go away in short time, i will use something

My advice, just sit it out. makes no sense putting yourself on the E2 rollercoaster. wait a week with normal AAS protocol, maybe do 2-3 days of 5mg Dbolor 15mg TNE if you feel REALLY horrible. dont overdo it though, just taking stuff in a panic usually backfires.

i probably wont use anything to boost it back up, i can take it. i have some experience with mast from this summer heh.

buuut my natural e2 was under 20, i feel better with lower level rather than higher.

panicky feelz ware there for while but i calmed myself and its okay.

update, i feel fine. pissed a lot during night, i woke up at 87,5kg with (some) abs. finally im not water baloon. i guess it was sudden drop in e2 that could have been bit weird/shocking but i feel fine, woke up with erection and full of energy, no issues.

i guess 4x25mg aromasin could be the way with 750mg test. will see and retest in 5 weeks.

honestly, im glad its test only again cause tryin to balance everything with eq for example or nandrolone would be even harder i guess.
 
sooo sleepy last few days, from all this food.
average 8-9h per night with 1h nap during week/work days, 4-6h naps during sunday.

i guess eating became a chore (and its not that much food so far), i cant wait for cut.

yesterday i had pishday, someone turned gravity on but to 200%. weights that should be easy were heavy. i was weak af, i struggled so much but at the end of the day, it was good workout.
91,3kg on scale in gym. 89,5kg today fasted morning.

my chest is super sore after yesterday which is weird. im used to having sore legs for days, or back that is killing me ussually but sore chest is kind of new for me.

buut ive been pushing super hard lately, with help of my powerlifting friend. i guess it helps to have good training partner...

anyway, pullday today, im bloated baloon again, super sleepy (lot of pasta for lunch), i hope training will be at least okay

im missing this endless wave of energy some guys have on testosterone. so far, i wanna train for 2h and sleep for rest of the day. i need shitload of coffe to be alive. like 8-9-10 cups of small espresso. ive found that if i have 4-5 of them, its no different than having 0 coffe.

its weird cause from start, when i increased kcals, ive felt alive again. but now, im back to sleepy princess. ive expected with lot of carbs to be full of energy every day.

for comparison, i have friend working in another country. building scaffolding, he started test at the same time with me. he is on average eating 800-850g of carbs alone and he is unstoppable. nonstop wave of energy, allways on his feet working, working out etc. i can barely walk for 30min, always sleepy.

im not sure how to fix this. im also mentally tired or idk how to say it. its weird.

anyway, pullday today. cant wait

i have trouble with stomach and eating lately. super bloated, nausea, cant get food down, farts from hell and shitting a lot.

still eating the same stuff, tryin to keep it low fat, higher carbs but somehow im already either tired of eating or my digestive system is malfunctioning.
hopefully it will get better and this is temporary situation. if not, no point forcing food down and keeping high dose...

yesterday during leg trainin with friend we had discussion about training and muscle failure. despite plenty of food and testosterone, im sore as fuck all
the time. sure, its not bad like during cut but i expected to not be sore at all.

ive searched how muscle failure trully looks like cause im reading everywhere "you only think you failed" etc etc.

nope. i think im/we are goin even too far sometimes with forced reps bar speed is slowing down, effort needed is much much higher and thats always.

basicly, if u would attempt to train with reps in reserve (such a popular term today), i would be laughed at by people or they would shout at me that im pussy ..

yesterday i completly failed on hacksquat and friend had to lift it off from me, 4 plates per side, higher reps. my legs gave up, ive tried, came a bit from bottom position but i just couldnt stand up again. great feeling

anyway, i need next sauna season
 
update from wellness place, restday again.

biggest update is that ive decided to change my workout split a little.

ive been hitting legday every 7 days so far
PPL R PP R - in 7 day cycle

now, it will be PPL R and repeat. so legs, or any body part will be hit every 5 days with rest after 3 training days. hopefully with sauna every restday, it helps a ton.

goal is to train legs more frequently cause i like it. they are growing, fairly easily i would say. i cant fit into jeans that were okay/loose 2-3 months ago. if only my chest would grow this easily ....

hopefully recovery will be good enough, it should be imo.

ive found out that i like m/w/f pinning frequency better than every 3,5 days, i think its more stable. i have better mood, energy, motovation etc. with 750 test, so far, im using 4x25mg aromasin per week. i will retest in few weeks to see where my e2 is/will be. i think i could (should) be somewhat in range.

plan for forseable future is to continue this blast until 15.2.26, last 4 weeks with anadrol if cbc will allow. then 4 weeks of maintaining, until 15.3.26 and after than i wanna cut, maybe for 12 weeks, on cruise dose (probably, mostly...)

legday...

nothing special about it tbh. very basic and more of a higher volume. seated hamstring curls, hacksquat, leg extensions, reverse hacksqut for ass, laying hamstring curls, calves. i had 4-5 hard sets on each excercise, maxed out calf raise machine with 25kg plate on pin, did like 80'reps on last set...

honestly i dont care much about legs at this point. they are bit fatty again, whatever. i dont need them to grow more but they do anyway. im looking forward for spring & summer time and bike rides, they like that. can take a beating.

its so weird cause most guys complain that they legs dont grow. but have big chests... i can walk around machines and they will grow but my chest is flat ..

anyway, week 7 out of (hopefully) 20.
91-92kg morning fasted weight. progressing, getting bigger, stronger, slower and fatter.

switch to PPL R and repeat is good, i like legs twice every 8 days...

nothing else goin on. trainin, sleepin, eatin, pinning same stuff, with numb hands

ive tried 70mg tne shot but it didnt do much. i guess its bit useless with such high test dose. i eill save it for cruise & cut

at what e2 do you feel the best while for example 500mg test? im on 500 test rn and have no libido at 43 e2

i dont have that much data, yet.
on 500 test (more like 530-550, i overfill 1ml syringes to max) and 2x 25mg aromasin, i was around 54 i think?

and i felt fine-ish. it was bit high for me.

now, on 750 test + 4x 25mg aromasin im for sure lower. i will retest in 2 weeks or so and update it here.
 
small update

legday today. workin out as ussuall, eating, sleepin, not much else.

2 random photos, back shot was after "massage" few days ago. brutal one hour torment. screaming, cryin, it was bad but it helps a ton.

morning fasted weight is around 94kg. slowly climbing. im curious where i will end up.

i think i will end this blast at 16th week mark, this is 9th week, 5th on 750 test.
11-16 i will (probably) use anadrol at 50mg daily. im very curious what it will do with constant use over few weeks cause as preworkout its noticable boost. i hope i will be able to push intensity in gym higher, train harder and longer
