Effective heartburn remedy.

For me minimizing beverage volume, not overeating, and using acidic beverages with meals has been best to avoid heartburn. Overeating fats for me is an issue. Longer fermented pizza dough might help.

It's the red sauce cause pizza with alfredo sauce doesn't give me heartburn, also anything with red pasta sauce gives me heartburn.

@Roger rabbit used to have a glutamine protocol for heart burn. Can't remember I think it was 5g 3 times a day or something

When we take steroids, and train hard we use glutamine and lots of it. The body ends up sacrificing the glutamine in our body since it is used for many different functions... the body stores lots of glutamine in the stomach lining.. so the first place that gets sacrificed to ensure the body/ muscles have what it needs. This ultimately is what causes the issues with the stomach.. especially users of tren.

A good starting point is 5g glutamine per day. Use for several days (3-5 )days and see where you are at. If the heart burn subsides then lower the glutamine consumption every 3-5 days by a gram. When the heartburn comes back.... up the dosage a little until the burn goes away... you now have your maintenance dosage.

If 5g isn’t working you might have to up the dosage until you “get back ahead” on glutamine. Then slowly drop to find your maintenance range.

Obviously this is not the case 100% of the time but this is the case for many. Especially in the body building world.
