Eating before bed to grow! last meal of the day. do you?

how many of you guys on here while bulking have a meal before bedtime? im not talking about dinner im talking about another meal after dinner before you go to sleep?

lets say an average night sleep is 8 hours or so for a grown adult.

what do you guys feed your body before bed to fuel it for 8 hours while trying to grow?

and why did you choose those foods?
 
I always fix a casein shake before bed only because it fast, and easy. Foods best, but don't like the prep time
 
You do not need to "fuel" your body to grow for the 8hrs or so you're asleep. Besides, a typical mixed meal will take anywhere from 4-6hrs or possibly longer to fully digest.
 
An its cottage cheese for the win lol. That is the best before bed along with casien because they are slow digesting protiens that stick with you for the long hual of sleeping.

You really need to research more on nutrition. Slow digesting carbs/GI index is only important for diabetics and not even so much then.
 
250g of cottage cheese with walnuts and a little honey. Wake up halfway through the night and smash a shake as well.
