Quick Intro and Background

I had an inbody scan last week that put me at 12% I know those are inaccurate but it cant be that bad right ??

Honestly there really aren't any/many scans that can accurately tell your bodyfat. A properly calibrated DEXA machine probably gets close. If you are really curious about it google dexa scans in whatever city you are in. Some large cities have mobile dexa scan companies that operate like food trucks. The mobile ones are usually about $50-$60, and in clinic scan is usually $99-$150

But, the best way to tell is just by looking in the mirror. Learn to look for changes in your vascularity and muscle striations. If you can only see shoulder striations and / or veins,, thats 20%+ . Chest striations and / or quad feathering starts to come in around 15%. Chest veins, 12%. Ab veins 10%, Glute striations under 9%

You are 6' 200 pounds right now. I would estimate you to be about 186 @ 15%

you may call them BS
I can't knock reta. Semax and glow I don't know about first hand. I'm glad they are working for you.

I tried a few different personal trainers previously however I haven't had any good experiences with them

I hate hearing this, but I can relate. I used to own a gym. I know that there are a lot of bad trainers out there.

I have a disability that severely limits my mobility in my arms (no strength limitation I just cant bend it certain ways), and none of them have been able to really work around that.
A good trainer will be able to find modifications for this. You will likely also get good advice here in the bodybuilding topic.

I totally get the need for it and I am going to start looking around. If you have any recommendations I would love to hear it.

Maybe the best next step would be to start a thread in the bodybuilding topic. Lay out what your short term / long term goals are, and share your mobility restrictions or anything else you work around when training

I might have good advice. And I'm sure lots of people here will have good advice.
