HGH and deep sleep

take Glp1 forever?

Why not? If I told you the few individuals with naturally high levels of GLP-1 hormone stayed much healthier, with much lower risk from all diseases, and had significantly longer lifespans as a result, would you? For those who've been using GLP-1 for 30+ years, is there something you've seen about their health you find concerning? Living longer than their "fair share", or putting poor doctors out of work perhaps?

No medication. Just the following vitamins, etc.: B complex, zinc, boron, vitamins D and K, OPC, magnesium, and omega 3.

This is where a common cognitive dissonance shows itself.

I presume you plan to take those forever, because they're not "medication".

Except they are. What's the difference between supplements and medication?

Other than supplements are not regulated for purity, or proven effective in clinical trials, like pharma compounds are.

I live in Germany, and no doctor will prescribe a GLP-1 pen for me if I have prediabetes. What should I do then?

IMO OP you’re taking GH too late.
I’d try taking like 9pm.
Even then I’d try taking it in the afternoon and working your down to early am to find what works for you.

I'm glad I stopped using HGH after 6 months. It ruined my sleep, regardless of whether I injected in the morning or at night.
My fasting blood sugar has also worsened since using HGH. I will never take it again. I have to be honest, I used CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin before, and the results were much better. I've been able to sleep very well again for a week now.

What was your dose and what were you doing to manage blood sugar while on it? The small hit to fasting insulin I got went away pretty quick on discontinuing hgh. I pretty much have to assume you got bunk hgh if you’re saying mod grf 1-29 + ipamorelin is even in the same realm of results as hgh. They are not comparable at all unless you’re only talking sleep hygiene, in which case I’ll agree the secretagogues did more for me.

I took 2-3 IU. I ordered it from QSC along with BPC 157, TB 500, and HGH. I injected it for 6 months. I can't say it helped me at all. Before that, I had injected CJC 1295 DAC and IPA, and I felt more effective. Perhaps the last order from QSC was no longer good.

That sounds like something off with the hgh then from my personal experience with secretagogues and gh. Did you have any bloodwork? For me hgh just beat the absolute hell outta secretagogues in whatever combo of ghrh/ghrp I tried. That said, it’s plausible you’re a strong responder to dac or ipa.

OP did you ever find the solution to this? Deep sleep is the one thing I can't seem to solve. Once in a blue moon I get over 50 minutes and feel so much better

Hey guys I’ve been on hgh for about a month now, started at 2iu at night and worked my way up to 4 starting yesterday. I’ve yet to experience any sides outside of my sleep being all out of wack. I take it at 12am, about 1hr an 30 mins before bed(1:30 am). My final meal is always at 8:30pm to make sure blood glucose has come down before injecting.

Something I’ve noticed from the start is how it affects my sleep. My sleep went down from averaging 7 hrs to me hardly being capable of sleeping 5 hrs. I wear an Apple Watch every night and something I’ve noticed is that I pretty much get no deep sleep, all is in core and rem. Another thing is that my rhr is like 10 beats hire throughout the night and I’m thinking maybe the watch isn’t able to distinguish from deep and core sleep anymore. I’ve been taking 2mg fast release and 2.5mg slow release melatonin for the past 3 nights and that has been keeping me asleep for 7-8 hrs but the deep sleep is still mostly non existent.

I’ve been doing a little research and it seems most endogenous hgh would be produced during deep sleep. Since I’m getting more than enough through exogenous administration, maybe my body is telling me there is no need for going into deep sleep? Idk though, maybe one of you guys could educate me some more on this.
Try sleeping earlier mate there are still natural processes that drugs wont be able to fix
