Update since iv got a coach. Iv been eating 5 oz. Egg white 1 whole egg and cantaloupe before work out around 5 am then gym then 1 scoop of protein after work out. Food is a little hard to keep down some days, but I'm sure it will take some ti.e to get use to it. He has me eating 6 times a day and I think I'm starting to feel better. Havent lost any more weight bit I do feel like I'm getting stronger. And something's are tightening up as well. Witch is what I want and need.
I'm still in the begaining of this so i will do another update on how i feel in about a month or so. Thanks everyone for the support and help.
